Find Yourself Again – Terms of Service

Welcome to Find Yourself Again. By downloading, accessing, or using the Find Yourself Again mobile application (“App”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service (“Terms”).

1. Acceptance of Terms

By using the App, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the App.

2. Subscription Services

Find Yourself Again offers optional subscription-based access to premium features.

Subscriptions may be offered on a monthly, quarterly, or annual basis, depending on available plans.

Payment will be charged to your Apple App Store account upon confirmation of purchase.

Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period.

You may manage or cancel your subscription through your Apple App Store account settings.

3. Free Trials

If a free trial is offered, you may cancel at any time during the trial period. Unless canceled before the trial ends, the subscription will automatically convert to a paid subscription according to the terms presented at the time of signup.

4. Personal Use Only

The App is intended for personal, non-commercial use. You may not copy, distribute, modify, or resell any portion of the App without written permission.

5. Educational and Personal Growth Content

Find Yourself Again provides educational, self-development, wellness, coaching, and personal growth content.

The App is not intended to provide medical, psychiatric, psychological, legal, or emergency services.

Users should seek qualified professional assistance when appropriate.

6. Intellectual Property

All content, text, graphics, exercises, branding, logos, and materials contained within the App are owned by Find Yourself Again and/or its licensors and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Find Yourself Again shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from the use of the App.

8. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access to the App for violations of these Terms.

9. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the App after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
